Opening Statement and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk bazi and its users. By accessing the tk bazi website or app, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted every clause of these Terms.

tk bazi is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bangla for Bangladeshi users. Before using the platform, users must read these Terms and also review our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

tk bazi reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms.

Eligibility to Open an Account

To create an account on tk bazi, users must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and any such accounts identified will be closed.

Account Management and Security

The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. Keeping the password and login details confidential is the user's own responsibility.

Account Verification

After registration, tk bazi may verify the user's name, address, date of birth and identity documents. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

Account Closure and Suspension

tk bazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Operating multiple accounts or attempting identity fraud.
• Misusing the bonus system or promotional offers.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Harassing or behaving improperly towards other users.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on tk bazi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit per payment method: ৳300
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required if verification is needed.

Important Restrictions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Transactions via cryptocurrency are not accepted.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

tk bazi offers various promotional offers, each with its own terms. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is never cash; the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• In cases of bonus abuse, tk bazi reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any winnings.
• The minimum deposit, wagering multiplier and validity period differ for each promotion — check the specific terms of each offer.

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

tk bazi offers betting on cricket, football and other sports. All bets are considered final once the system has successfully confirmed them.

Bet Cancellation

tk bazi reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or suspended due to uncertainty.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a bet was accepted after the result of an event had already been determined.
• If match fixing or unusual betting patterns are suspected.

Live Betting

For live betting, once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled. If a bet is lost or placed twice due to a network issue, contact the support team directly to have it checked.

Casino Games and Fairness Assurance

The tk bazi casino section offers slots, live casino, fishing games and card games. Each game is run by its own provider's random number generator (RNG).

The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is set by its provider. RTP is the percentage of total bets in a game that is expected to be returned to players over the long term — it is not a guarantee of winning in any single session.

Game Disputes

• If a dispute arises over a game result, the support team must be notified within 48 hours.
• Server logs and game history will be treated as final evidence.
• Games in progress at the time of a technical error may be automatically cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.

VIP Levels and Weekly Cashback

tk bazi has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each level is determined based on the user's activity and consistency.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback on weekly net losses. Example: if the weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.

Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account every Monday. Once credited, it can be used directly from the balance.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

tk bazi believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment, not a way to solve problems. The platform strictly prohibits those under 21 and treats responsible gaming as the highest priority.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk bazi and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Bonus abuse — attempting to claim the same bonus under multiple accounts or identities.
• Attempting to breach system security through hacking, phishing or any other means.
• Attempting to access another user's account or use their information.

All content on the tk bazi platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, code and databases — is protected under the intellectual property rights of tk bazi or its content providers. Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Republishing, distributing or commercially using any content from the platform without prior written permission from tk bazi is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

tk bazi accepts no liability for compensation in the following circumstances:

• Loss in a game or bet due to loss of internet connection.
• Problems caused by a fault or malware on the user's own device.
• Transaction delays due to issues with a third-party payment gateway or bank.
• Temporary service interruption due to force majeure.

In any circumstances, tk bazi's liability will be limited to the amount the user directly deposited in the relevant transaction.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If a complaint or dispute arises, first contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team provides service in both Bangla and English.
